EntrepreneurshipWomen Entrepreneurs as Job Creators
Moving women-led enterprises from registration to growth by bridging the gaps in access to credit, market linkages & institutional support that entrepreneurs need to become job creators.

Centre of Excellence
To turn macroeconomic strategy into market reality, Udaiti launched the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Women Entrepreneurship. The CoE acts as a market accelerator, redesigning how women-led enterprises interface with institutional credit, integrate into high-value supply chains, and navigate formal commercial networks.
As an immediate operational priority, the CoE is prototyping a digital Entrepreneurship Scheme Hub. This platform strips away public-sector bureaucracy, utilizing automated matching to connect scaling enterprises with the exact public support, credit guarantees, and state incentives they require at precise inflection points in their growth cycle.

Women Entrepreneurship Pilot
Access to capital is the ultimate catalyst for enterprise growth, yet institutional credit uptake among female entrepreneurs remains low. While multiple public credit frameworks exist, the bottleneck is not capital availability. It is the last-mile friction of credit readiness, complex documentation, and fragmented awareness.
To dissolve these barriers, Udaiti launched a targeted Women Entrepreneurship pilot in Uttar Pradesh. Shifting away from passive, awareness-only outreach, the initiative establishes a structured, end-to-end pipeline that transforms credit-seeking founders into bankable candidates.
The initiative is built on three pillars. Credit Preparedness focuses on building institutional readiness and resolving documentation bottlenecks at the enterprise level.
Smart Matching navigates complex public architecture to connect businesses with the exact credit schemes suited to their growth stage.
Institutional Coverage embeds women directly into formal banking networks to secure sustainable, last-mile capital delivery.
