This area of work expands women’s access to quality jobs and builds inclusive systems that support their retention, advancement and leadership.
We work across five sectors:pharma, flexi staffing, logistics, manufacturing and BFSI , collaborating with large enterprises to:
- Identify structural barriers to women’s workforce participation
- Build evidence on what works in practice
- Co-design solutions that improve women’s experiences and representation



EntrepreneurshipWomen Entrepreneurs as Job Creators
This area of work helps existing women-led enterprises move beyond livelihood activity through access to markets, capital and skills.
Udaiti's pathway to help women-owned enterprises grow involves a connected model that identifies women entrepreneurs, unlocks the right support and embeds what works in state systems.
- Her Udyam identifies and segments rural women entrepreneurs to understand their distinct needs & test targeted pathways for growth.
- The Centre of Excellence is a state-led pathway for market access, formalisation and growth, that turns state learning into data, policy insight and replicable models


Enabling InfrastructureSafe and Affordable Housing, Childcare, Mobility
This area of work strengthens critical enablers such as safe housing, childcare, transport & workplace safety. We are embedded within 6 cental and state goverment departments to build these systems:
- We have active MoUs with the governments of Uttar Pradesh, Odisha & Maharashtra, along with ,TSU partnerships with MoWCD & MoLE.
- Gender Disaggregated Data (GDD) tool tracking district-level progress
- Active engagement in making working women's housing safe and affordable
